Difference between ou et où

Ou can be replaced by ou bien. Où is used to ask a question or not to repetite a word. It precises a location. It cannot be replaced by ou bien.

Veux-tu du café ou chocolat ?
==> Veux-tu du café ou bien du chocolat.

Où vas-tu ?
==> Ask a question : Où interrogative pronoun
L'endroit où tu vas est très joli.
==> Precise the word : Où relative pronoun. Où replaces the location.
