Full screen display

A new icon was added on verb conjugation page to display a verb in full screen mode. This is easier to see all tenses in one page. Here an example of what you get:

   

Here are the new icons:

	This icon shows verb conjugation in full screen. All tenses are on 4 columns to have the best display possible. This is very useful on 1024*768 and higher display.
	When Le Conjugueur is on full screen mode, you can go back to the normal display.
